We are open 7 days a week by appointment only. We can be reached by phone, e-mail, or social media. 

Payments can be made in person by Certified Check, Money Order, Bank Check, Credit/ Debit Credit Card. Online orders can be placed by PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Wire Transfer within the US. 

We ship by FedEx or UPS. All shipments are fully insured. Customer pays all shipping costs, insurance and any bank charge, including returns. All insurance claims are the responsibility of the customer

We do not share your information with anyone.

Some guitars are listed with a gigbag, case or other accessories and may not be photographed with such items. Please refer to the description to verify contents that come with the listed item

All merchandise is subject to prior sale. Prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

We work very hard to ensure all items photographed are a true to life representation of the actual item and are not manipulated to change color, or detail in favor of a misleading sale. Depending on your monitor or mobile device screen, your viewing results may vary. We recommend viewing photos of any item of interest on multiple devices. We will provide any additional photos at customers request by other means (raw photo to cell phone photo).

 Return Policy:

We're in the business of making you happy. Whether that means selling you your dream guitar, or making sure that your dream guitar is what you were expecting! All of our instruments have a 72-hour approval period upon receiving shipment. That gives you adequate time to look over your instrument and get comfortable with it. If you find any issues or have any concerns, please contact us within a 72-hour time frame upon purchase or arrival. We will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy!

If a return is necessary, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost The returned instrument will be subject to a full inspection upon return. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not in the same condition as when it was sold. All instruments are well documented before shipment.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
