Here we have a Sears, Roebuck, and Co. branded electric guitar for 1960s Japan, likely from the Kawai Factory. This instrument has a great wild shape, typical of Japanese vintage, and feels very sturdy with some good heft to it. The neck is a little wavy, but it is made of good wood. The pick-ups have a nice dirty twang to them and they sound good with some vintage distortion. The tuners are nice and smooth, but it is missing a volume knob and the whammy bar. The body finish is a little dinged up, but still looks good, as does the pickguard. The pick-up switches all function properly. Sorry, no case on this one.
