This is an amateur-built, garage project bass made with quilted maple wings, an ebony fretboard, and some quality parts. Unfortunately, it has some construction quirks that make it difficult to play, including a very large neck, an overly wide fretboard, and a poor fret installation. However, given the fine wood samples mentioned above, the Gotoh tuners, Schaller bridge, and EMG 40DC pickup, it could be a good pick for a luthier!
