Gibson ES-355 1963
This is an ES-355 hollow-body electric guitar by Gibson, from 1963. This instrument was produced as another successor to the legendary ES-335 and found favor among some guitarists, most notably B.B. King, who’s famous “Lucille” was based on the model. This particular instrument has seen some changes in its long life, including a refinish and a replacement tailpiece. The pick-up covers are also missing, exposing the pair of Gibson T-buckers. The guitar also sports a set of gold Grover Patent Pending tuners. With a straight neck and only reasonable wear for its age, this guitar is in very good condition. Ships in its original hard-shell case, which has sustained some damage on the body section.
