Here we have a great example of that chunky, all mahogany beauty we call the Gibson Les Paul. Weighing in at 10 lbs and 11 ounces, this classic ax will throw down beefy rock tone through two humbuckers. At the time of its making, being labeled "standard" meant it had standard humbuckers instead of mini-humbuckers that were common in Les Pauls of the '70s. This guitar comes in a striking Red-Wine finish and has a straight neck and a one-piece body; no pancake here! There some cosmetic blemishes on the front and one fairly visible ding on the back of the neck, but overall it is in excellent condition. This instrument is also all original, even retaining its Norlin era tuners that are so often replaced on these examples. Ships with its original hard-shell case that is unfortunately very beat up.
