Kustom K200 1968

This is a Kustom K200. Kustom Amplifiers, based in Chanute, Kansas, are of course known mainly for their "tuck and roll" amps but like other amplifier manufacturers it was almost inevitable that they would want to develop their own line of electric guitars. This Kustom K200 is an example of the guitars bearing the Kustom brand name, which were only produced between 1968 and 1969. But don't let that short production scare you, this zebra wood semi hollow body is an amazing example. In the folklore surrounding these guitars, allegedly the K200 was an original design by Kustom owner Bud Ross with input from country guitar legend Roy Clark. Other features include a pair of humbuckers, and unique fingerboard position markers.

Weight: 6 lbs. 4 oz.

9/10 (Excellent) 1968 USA. This guitar has a small split in the neck that is directly behind the nut that does not affect tone or playability (can be viewed in photos).
